Marc Brown • President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board

Marc Brown, company founder, brings over 20 years of experience in the electronics industry. He was co-founder, President and CEO for Adastra Systems Corporation, a highly regarded designer and manufacturer of industrial computers. He became one of managing directors of the Kontron, AG, which acquired Adastra Systems in series of mergers. Kontron was an international company with $240M in revenue and over 1400 employees worldwide. Mr. Brown holds a BS in Electronic Engineering from UC Berkeley and an MBA from California State University, Hayward.

Bruce Boyer • Vice President of Marketing

Bruce Boyer served as a high-tech marketing executive since 1992 when he co-founded Adastra Systems Corporation and assumed the position of Vice President of Marketing. Mr. Boyer was responsible for the successful branding and market penetration of the company, taking a virtual unknown in the industry and creating company identity that became well known and respected. Mr. Boyer received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1978.

Ken Zimmerman • Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Ken Zimmerman, Chief Financial Officer, comes to Inpractis Corporation from Arcadian Management Services, a management service for health care provider groups. Prior to joining Arcadian Management, Mr. Zimmerman served as Chief Financial Officer in three other managed care companies. His experience also includes four years at Andersen Consulting and five years with Booz, Allen & Hamilton. He has a BA in Economics and an MBA, both from Stanford University.

Mike Jameson • Vice President of Operations

Mr. Mike Jameson serves as Vice President of Operations. He has a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Ohio State University and has over 25 years of experience in the electronics industry. Prior to his involvement with Inpractis Corporation, Mr. Jameson was a co-founder of two successful companies, including Adastra Systems, where he served as Operations Manager and General Manger. Mr. Jameson has experience in both board level and systems level electronics manufacturing ranging from prototype development to large volume, mass production.

Robert Van Scoy • Vice President of Engineering

Mr. Robert Van Scoy brings a diverse range of engineering and management experience to the company. His experience includes many years as an independent design consultant for clients that ranged from start-ups to General Electric. For the last 10 years, Mr. Van Scoy has served as principle designer, engineering manager and lead technologist for a leading embedded computer company. He holds a BSEE degree from UC Berkeley.

David Cowan • Vice President of Business Development

David Cowan is former president and CEO of PFU Systems Inc., a Fujitsu company. Prior to joining PFU, David established and worked as general manager of Psion PLC Japan. Before that he was sales and marketing manager for Europe and Asia for EIZO Corporation (Japan). Fluent in Japanese, David will manage Inpractis's Asian Operations. He holds BA and MBA degrees from the University of California, Berkeley.
